The Comprehensive Basketball Camp is designed for students entering 4th – 9th grades of any school public or private, who are committed to being taught the skills of basketball. All offensive and defensive individual and team fundamentals will be covered as well as stretching routines. Campers will be assigned to a team of 6 to 10 other campers who are of the same skill set. Each of those teams will be assigned a personal coach who will work with their team on the skills learned on each of the days of the camp! We will also utilize fun games and competitions to get the most enjoyment out of the camp! It is our sole purpose to assist your daughter in becoming the best basketball all around athlete possible. We will give your child the necessary tools to develop her attitude as a "winner", "leader", "teammate" and a "competitor”. Please wear basketball attire and shoes for the camp. Bring your own water bottle marked with your name on it as well!

We (or I) hereby request that you accept the application for the Basketball Camp at St. Agnes Academy on the dates set forth. In consideration of your acceptance of this application, we (or I) hereby release St. Agnes Academy and all its employees and agents from all claims on account of any injuries which may be sustained by our (or my) daughter while attending the St. Agnes Sports Camp, and its employees and agents for any claim which may be hereafter presented by our (or my) minor daughter. We (or I) know of no mental or physical problems which may affect our (or my) daughter's ability to safely participate in the program. I further certify that the above mentioned person has insurance in case of emergency. Additionally, I consent to any medical treatment deemed necessary by the Licensed Athletic Trainer in the event of illness or injury to my child or dependent.
